About this job
Our client in Dulles VA is immediately looking for several Passenger Service Agents to join their team. This is a part time position that is 1:45pm to 5:45pm five days a week. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.
Work environment:
Client is a premier international airline that flies from Dulles to France 2-3 flights a day. They use Aerotek to help supplement their staff.
Job Responsibilities
- The candidate will be working as a passenger greeter, and ticket counter agent.
- They will also have to work occasional shifts at the Lounge in the airline's VIP passenger lounge.
- Not responsible for any sales, just check in and ticketing customers.
Information about the Airline
- Many of the customers are high level
- World Bank employees
- Foreign dignitaries
- Government officials
- Ambassadors
- Ministers
- Someone with international travel experience is a big plus.
- Use to baggage requirements
- Knows what is needed on a passport
Job Requirements
- Strong customer service experience.
- Previous airport experience a plus.
- Previous international travel experience is a plus
- 2+years of customer service experience
