Warehouse Order Selector

Aerotek is hiring for a large warehouse/distribution center-this is a long term, contract-to-hire opportunity! Looking for warehouse workers to pick and pull orders-starting pay is $16/hr, but contractors are eligible for $200-300 incentive bonuses for hitting production metrics. Job Requirements:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Open to candidates with fast food/restaurant experience
• Forklift or Electric Pallet Jack or Stand Up Forklift Experience
• Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently and walking 7-8 miles/day

Job Description:

• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts to pick, pull and stage orders
• Candidates will utilize a voice pick headset for work orders
• Deliver pallets to appropriate docking door
• Assist in loading product onto semi-trucks
• Must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures-warehouse temperatures vary depending on product

Additional information:

Candidates will be working 10+ hours of overtime each week-must be comfortable with 10-12 hour shifts. This is a very physical role as well. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 6pm-2am Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday.
