Assemblers (Day Shift) - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description Kelly Services is hiring for a manufacturing that makes refrigeration systems for Trailers and Trucks. The manufacturing plant is climate controlled and located in Athens, GA. The employees are scheduled to work Monday - Friday in 10-12 hour shifts. Also, it is expected that all employees are available to work a Saturday should it be needed to meet production goals. Currently, there are two shifts available: Day - Mon - Fri 5am - 3:30pm, $11 per hour Night - Mon - Fri 4:30pm - 3:00am, $11.75 / hr (Some shifts will start at 3:30pm or 4pm) Requirements - Prefer at least 6 months assembly / manufacturing / warehouse / construction experience but not required - Able to lift up to 35 pounds consistently for 10-12 hours - High School Diploma or GED (Will be verified by contacting school, or diploma/transcript can be provided) - Able to work safely and independently at all times - Able to work required overtime extending past the schedule work hours as needed by the plant. - Pass the required background check and drug test This is a temporary position with a contract length of up to two years with the opportunity to be hired full-time by the client at any point during the assignment based on openings and performance.
