Grinder Setup Operator
Family owned, custom job shop is looking to add to their team an ID/OD Grinder. This shop is dedicated to producing high quality precision parts with state of the art equipment.
Duties of the ID/OD Grinder:
Grind crank shafts
Operate a CNC OD Cylindrical Grinder
Will perform OD/Centerless Grinding
Honing
Mitsubishi CNC grinders, both straight and angle heads.
Grind diameters up to 10 by 40 long between centers
CMM is used for inspecting parts
Skills/Requirements for this ID/OD Grinder:
Minimum 2 year experience
Work from prints
Ability to work with extremely close tolerances
Able to work with under 1/10 roundness on the shaft
Produce quality parts
Shift/Pay/Benefits:
1st shift - Mon-Fri 6 am - 2 pm
Pay up to $25/hr. based on experience
