* Facilitate Master Control account creation for new users
* Facilitate account creation in ComplianceWire for new users
* Password reset support for Master Control and ComplianceWire
* Assignment of training in ComplianceWire to users
* Maintenance of curriculum and user groups within ComplianceWire
* Approval of all Quality Management System documents within Master Control from a Training coordination perspective
* Approval of training plan for Quality Management System documents within Master Control.
* Execute ComplianceWire metrics for reporting purposes
