1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
OT Every Saturday between Mar - Oct
Typically working 10 - 12 hours/day and at least 6 hours on Saturdays
*Must be open to working every Saturday and working until dark at times during busy season (Mar - Oct)
Job Description:
- Will be installing and repairing commercial awnings using hand and power tools
- Will be climbing standard ladders up to 26' - 32' to do installs and repairs
- Will be measuring awnings and tying awnings onto pre erected bases
- Candidate will be measuring dimensions using a tape measure
- Will be reading off installation instructions/dimensions
- Will be working out doors in extreme heat or inclement weather
- Will be traveling to sites across NE OH with a senior installer. Will never stay over night while on contract
- Will also help out in the warehouse with assembly or warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks, and basic pre assembly of awnings
Qualifiacations:
- 1+ year of experience with hand and power tools
- 1+ year in manufacturing/production
- Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th
- Comfortable using ladders and being up to 32' in the air
- Valid Drivers license/clean driving record
