About this job
We are currently looking for General Production workers in Zeeland, MI area for one of our largest manufacturing clients. If you are interested, please revert back with your updated resume as soon as possible.
Shift Timings:
Monday to Friday - Must be flexible to work between 2PM - 1 AM EST.
Start time for 2nd is between 2pm-4pm depending on the line. There is not set end time but typically they work 10 hour shifts. They are working with food so they work until the order is complete. They are working about 50 hours a week.
2pm-11pm or 3pm-12pm or 4pm-1am
Job Description:
-Our Client is a huge company and they have about 12 different departments.
-They are separated into two categories : Raw and finished product
- Everyone starts on the easiest job duty/line
-RAW DEPARTMENT - they will be on an assembly line where the raw meat is coming through. They are getting rid of scrap off of the assembly line from patties or hot dogs. This is the entry level and then they can move onto different areas once they get good.
-FINISHED PRODUCT DEPARTMENT - They will be taking the finished frozen product and packing them into boxes. Once they get a hang of the entry level position they can be moved into different areas or get added responsibilities.
