Beaver Creek Resort is looking for hard working and enthusiastic individuals to join their team this 2018-2019 winter season! Mountain Dining Staff Includes the Following Positions:

******Busser, Cashier, Entry Cook, Cleaning Attendants, Host, Greeter & Beverage Attendant******

The Mountain Dining Staff position is responsible for handling general restaurant duties. The ideal candidate is someone who will keep moving at all times while on duty, and has an eye for details. Duties will vary on a daily basis and include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent guest service; greet guests in a friendly manner and answer any guest questions
• Operate cash register
• Prepare/ serve food
• Responsible for bussing tables, handling trash and recyclables, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, bathrooms and kitchen, dishwashing, shoveling snow, and other duties as needed
• Assist in stocking product, and beverages throughout the day
• Must be available to work holidays

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must
• Able to lift and carry 40+ lbs - required
• Able to stand for 8+ hours - required
• Able to work weekends and holidays - required
• Able to speak and understand English - required
• High school diploma or equivalent - preferred 
• Previous customer service experience - preferred
• Cash handling skills - preferred

Allie's Cabin 

Situated in a quiet aspen grove on Beaver Creek Mountain, offers featured wine dinners with a celebrated group of wineries on select Thursday evenings throughout the winter. Guests arrive via open-air sleigh and indulge in multiple courses and wine pairings while enjoying views of the fireworks lighting up the evening sky for Thursday Night Lights.

Beano's Cabin

The only way to get to Beano's Cabin in the winter is by a 20-minute open air sleigh ride pulled by a snowcat. Tucked into an on-mountain meadow at the base of Larkspur Bowl, this luxurious log hideaway is one of Colorado's top restaurants.

Saddle Ridge

Dine in an American museum at this unique slope-side restaurant, renowned for its gourmet Colorado regional cuisine featuring steaks, succulent seafood and signature wild game dishes.

Zach's Cabin

Perched on the mountainside high above Bachelor Gulch with uninterrupted views of the magnificent Gore Range, Zach's Cabin is the epitome of fine dining at its peak. Guests are whisked away for a starlit sleigh ride, pulled by a Beaver Creek Snow Cat. Famous for its creative American fare utilizing fresh Colorado produce and a wine cellar full of excellent vintages.Zach's Cabin is the recipient of the Wine Spectator, Best of Award of Excellence.

Broken Arrow 

Featuring world-famous Blinky Burgers, brick-oven pizzas, grilled flatbreads and other delicious fare. Located at the bottom of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift in Arrowhead Village.

Toscanini
Located in Beaver Creek Village, next to the ice rink, Toscanini offers Italian cuisine with a casual, upscale atmosphere.  Watch Chef Paul Wade prepare individual pizzas, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood in the open kitchen. Savor the aroma and flavor of Italian wines specifically chosen for their hearty, robust qualities. Toscanini is the perfect stop for cocktails or dinner before heading down the escalator to the Vilar Center for the Arts

Spruce Saddle

Offering international cuisine such as lobster tacos, freshly rolled sushi, pho, and handcrafted pizzas & sandwiches - all freshly prepared by Chef Matt LaWare. Spruce Saddle is a great lunch and après hotspot located at the top of Centennial Express Chairlift.

Talons

Located at the picturesque base of Larkspur Bowl with panoramic views of Grouse Mountain and Birds of Prey. Indulge in a smokehouse-inspired menu, known for its breakfast and lunch, and is the perfect place to enjoy an apres-ski drink on the expansive deck.

Arrowhead Alpine Club

Ideally located at the base of the Arrowbahn Chairlift, Arrowhead Alpine Club is at the western gateway to Beaver Creek Mountain. The club offers ski valet services, concierge and amenities including  members–only on-mountain lunch, continental breakfasts served daily, and much more. Join the Club and be a part of a community focused on family, fitness, fun and making the most of the mountain in every season.
