Staffmark has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Coppell, TX. This is a Monday-Friday position 1st shift position that will require overtime during peak season. To be considered for this position candidates must have AP experience in a high volume setting.
Job duties include:
Full cycle responsibility for Accounts Payable
Respond to vendor inquiries
Prepare accounts payable checks/ACH/Wire payments
Print all account payable reports and maintain accurate accounts payable files
Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
Assist in monthly closings
Process credit card payments/reconciliation of credit card statements
Research and respond to escalated customer inquiries regarding payment
Special Projects as necessary
