Recipient Services Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Processing of things is the biggest skill needed. Essentially, they are working in the system to cut a lot of checks. This position is supporting the members in retirement or moving towards/about to retire.

The RSR is more administrative and math oriented than the CSR. It still includes data entry but not at that level. Continue looking for solid candidates that can pass the math test in 40 minutes or less and who have worked in customer service type environments and have good communication skills.

There is a lot of client interaction which is why customer service is so key. They will be dealing with members and their families and need to have patience/abilities to deal with multiple types of personalities.
The representative will ensure that all required change, correction, stoppage, or resumption information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
The representative may contact the recipient by phone or mail and in each communication provide sympathetic and efficient service.
