USHAC, a Southern HVAC company, is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL.  We are a one stop shop specializing in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and General Construction projects serving Multi Family, Commercial, and Residential customers.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing an array of current accounts and developing new clientele, meeting sales goals, and is responsible for leading team productivity for Multi Family, Commercial, and Residential accounts.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
  • Acquiring a detailed understanding of client needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensuring the correct equipment and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Developing thorough communication with clients and internal team members
  • Resolving issues promptly with challenging clientele requests
  • Generating new sales, developing new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful Account Manager (HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing experience preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for developing relationships with professionals in organizations of all levels and sizes
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to commit and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a self-starting, self-motivated sales position
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience in relevant field
