About this job
Polishes lighting and home hardware parts on buffing machines, buffing machine touch-up, and machine brush finish operations.
Daily use of polishing wheels and equipment.
Performs polishing, brushing and touch-up of lighting and hardware pieces, utilizing all machinery and tools in a proper and safe manner
Performs in line quality check for prior process acceptability including a quick check for omissions
Performs certain scheduled maintenance on designated equipment
Collaborates with other employees to complete orders and solve problems
Complies with all safety rules regarding chemicals, machinery and equipment
May be asked to do any job in Manufacturing to satisfy customer demand
Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
Day Shift 6am-2:30pm M-F (lots of OT available as well)
