Job Territory

For successful sales professionals, this opportunity means no airports or time away from those you love! Instead, you will be visiting referral sources and clients locally in the south Denver metro area. Our office serves Aurora, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Commerce City, Denver, Englewood, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Lakewood, Littleton, and more.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Making daily face to face marketing impressions in South Denver
  • Growing existing referral relationships
  • Identifying new referral opportunities
  • Educating the community, seniors and their families on the benefits of Home Instead Senior Care
  • Setting priorities to meet monthly and quarterly growth projections
  • Generating phone calls from potential clients and referral sources each week
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
  • Converting phone inquiries from prospects into care consultations
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective families and clients regarding their service needs
  • Ensuring a quality experience by performing client follow up
  • Managing company community service, email marketing, public relations and other programs

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Passion for supporting aging adults
  • High Integrity
  • Established Customer Service focus with the ability to build a referral provider network
  • Energetic lead generator who enjoys building relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving daily and weekly objectives independently
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Sales Experience preferred but not required
  • Experience developing a sales plan and territory routing schedule
