Job Description Our customer is a well know and top events management company. This position supports overall team operations and works on marketing projects to support the Government, Technology and Industry marketing team. This will involve assisting with the execution of marketing communications and tactics to generate sales leads for exhibit sales, sponsorship sales and general event promotion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Support and manage schedules and expenses for two senior level executives. 2. Compile weekly sales reports, and various other reports on a weekly and monthly basis. 3. Coordinate and support the project management platform, TeamworkPM. 4. Assist with the completion of department administrative tasks, supporting the sales, marketing and operations teams. 5. Manage, maintain and develop marketing databases. 6. Maintain and updates materials across marketing platforms. 7. Gathers data and prepares reports related to the activities of the marketing and sales department. For example: reports on web-site performance, social media effectiveness, marketing campaign results 8. Other tasks as required by the Senior Vice President Government, Technology & Industry Group. Requirements 1. Detail oriented 2. Ability to handle multiple tasks 3. Excellent organizational skills 4. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required 6. Excellent spelling and grammatical skills 7. Ability to keep confidential data secure 8. Possess excellent proofreading skills Education and/or Experience: 1.
