Job Summary/Company Information:
- Express is working with a company in Indianapolis who is looking to hire a Grinder Operator!
- This is a Machine Operator position, working in a Grind Shop.
- This company manufacturer’s screw machine products.
- The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, or tending various grinding machines and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal.
Pay/Benefits:
- $14/hour
- Benefits, paid vacation, and 401K offers upon hire on.
Schedule:
- 1st shift; 7am-3:30pm
Requirements:
- Machine experience with the ability to do some set up
- Must have measuring equipment knowledge using calipers, micrometers, and gauge experience.
- Basic shop math is required
