Assistant Restaurant Manager: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Full-time / Part-time

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Roy Rogers Restaurants, you will assist in the management of operations which may include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control and quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

2 years of management experience is required. Restaurant experience is preferred, but if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek, we will train you. Additional requirements we expect from our managers include: 

- High School Diploma or GED
- A team player, willing to take a proactive approach to the administration of day-to-day office business
- Strong, solid communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant functions
- An independent thinker, able to manager able to make decisions based upon information gathered from appropriate resources
- Ability to function with minimal direct supervision
- Possess a valid driver's license, proper insurance coverage, and a clean driving record and a vehicle for business related travel
