Description:
Accountable for greeting and assisting retail customers, ensure the timely and accurately processing payments, payables, and other store paperwork.
Essential Duties:
- Receptionist: Take and direct phone, email, mail, and in person customer, vendor and employee contacts
- Cash – Daily Reconciliation and bank deposit with EQUIP
- Accounts Receivable – Apply advance payments and receipts on account, maintain customer files (including tax exempt forms), Customer communication (i.e. Thank you notes) and collection
- Accounts Payable – receive, monitor approvals, verify GL codes and enter location specific invoices, matching parts invoices to purchase orders
- Monthly reconciliation of location accounts, internal orders, petty cash
- Sales Department Support– Review Wholegoods Sales paperwork and send to corporate for processing
- File Clerk – responsible for maintaining all paper/electronic files at the location
- Be the local contact for the corporate accounting and human resources office
- Support all store departments to assist in achieving the store assigned metric goals and standards for performance and profitability.
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment and still provide a high level of customer service
- Understands accounting fundamentals such as payables, receivables, and GL Coding
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position
- 10-Key proficiency
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years in an office administrator position is preferred
- Beginning to intermediate computer skills and ability to utilize all Washington Tractor systems with proficiency
- Ability to maintain a company insurable driving record

- Ability to lift up to (25) pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods of time while assisting customer needs.
