Manage day-to-day operations of casino, including cash flow, security management, and customer service. Responsible for the development and growth of employees, sales and profits of the casino by controlling cost of goods, labor costs and overhead expenses. Ensure guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Recruits, trains and develops department managers and hourly employees. Oversees new employee orientation, training, ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, goal setting and by conducting periodic performance reviews. Location Manager oversees operations on the casino floor by walking gaming areas to ensure all operations are running efficiently. Compile summary sheets detailing wager amounts and payoffs. Comp rooms, food and beverages and other rewards and discounts for players. Remove players that are cheating or acting inappropriately. Extend credit to players. Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting accounts, and collection reports for accuracy. Match recorded winnings to payout amounts. Establish banks and table limits for games. Ensure money and chips supplied to tables are plentiful and uninterrupted. Track cash flow of the entire casino. Remains vigilant when watching for signs of wrongdoing or potential trouble on the part of customers. Coordinate security and alert them to issues. Answers questions from customers and addresses their concerns and complaints. Keeping the casino patrons happy is a key part of a dealer floor supervisor’s job, and they must relate well to others and stay calm even in stressful situations. Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations. Understand the rules and procedures of all games offered. Perform other job related duties as assigned
