The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for providing best in class service by responding and resolving customers questions and complaints for our Customer Service department. You’ll have the authority to deliver a premium experience to our customers by properly diagnosing and satisfying the customers’ needs by making decisions, such as providing refunds, canceling accounts, or waiving finance charges . The Customer Relationship Specialists main objective is to use our friendly, helpful, and refreshing methodology to inform our customers of the benefits of making Discover the card of choice.
