Ghirardelli has opportunities for Bussers - Chocolateers at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop & Soda Fountain at the Manufactory at historic Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, in an area full of excitement and high energy! Merchandise, stock, and provide excellent guest service while selling our Premium Chocolate line. Previous retail experience is desirable for this position. Must be High Energy, Reliable, have a Strong Work Ethic, be able to work all shifts including Nights and Weekends.

Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop & Soda Fountain at the historical Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco is seeking to hire bussers.   The busser will have the responsibility to maintain the brand image and equity of the business by representing the company image correctly and having a positive image.   The busser provides excellent customer service to guests and performs various other tasks.    

• Greet and provide excellent guest service when on the store floor
• Be knowledgeable of price and product information
• Bus (clean) tables in fountain area
• Wash dishes
• Keep supplies stocked - Fountain and Condiment station(s)
• Keep your work area orderly and clean
• Maintain smile and pleasant demeanor
• Must have good communication skills
• Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.  We offer a competitive wage depending upon experience.

Education & Work Experience

• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma preferred

Working Conditions

• Rare to Occasional ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
