La Petite Academy in Aurora is Hiring!!
We are currently seeking full/part-time lead and assistant toddler and jr-kindergarten
teachers for our child care center located at 4290 S Richfield Street
Our Teachers:
- Are caring, compassionate and love what they do!
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
- 1 year experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Toddler 2 Classroom: Candidate must be experienced with diaper changing and potty training.
Jr-Kindergarten Classroom: Candidate must be able: to lesson plan by using various information sources, plan field trips during school breaks, act as back up bus driver when needed.
