Assistant Manager, Call Center - Full-time / Part-time

KELLY & Associates Insurance Group is seeking a leader to fill the role of Assistant Manager to partner with the management team in the KELLY Call Center. This individual will assist the manager in the planning, organization, and implementation of all functions necessary to achieve timely, accurate, and efficient telephone/email communications with enrollees, accounts, brokers, and vendors in our inbound service environment. Responsibilities include; ensuring the departmental productivity goals set for the position are met, providing feedback and guidance, scheduling, working closely with manager to ensure compliance with KELLY policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
