Home Instead Louisville is looking for an Accounting Assistant, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for our Taylorsville Road location.
Accounting Assistant will provide:
- Assist Controller with Daily Tasks including&hellip
- Review of CAREGiver and client shifts
- Billing, including VA, Medicaid and Long-Term Care
- Resolve billing issues
- Collections
- Pay invoices
- Help Cover Receptionist - Answer Multi-Line Phone, Transfer Calls, Greet Visitors
- Participate in on-call rotation
Job Requirements:
- Accounting or Finance Degree
- 2+ Years of Experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Computer & Data Entry Skills
- Solid Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
- Ability to be Resourceful and Proactive in Dealing with Issues
- Ability to Organize, Multitask, Prioritize and Work Under Pressure
- Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven Working Experience in Similar Roles
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
