Accounting Assistant

Home Instead Louisville is looking for an Accounting Assistant, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for our Taylorsville Road location.  

Accounting Assistant will provide:

• Assist Controller with Daily Tasks including&hellip
• Review of CAREGiver and client shifts
• Billing, including VA, Medicaid and Long-Term Care
• Resolve billing issues
• Collections
• Pay invoices
• Help Cover Receptionist - Answer Multi-Line Phone, Transfer Calls, Greet Visitors
• Participate in on-call rotation

Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• 2+ Years of Experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Computer & Data Entry Skills
• Solid Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
• Ability to be Resourceful and Proactive in Dealing with Issues
• Ability to Organize, Multitask, Prioritize and Work Under Pressure
• Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven Working Experience in Similar Roles
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
