Residential Maintenance Technician

*This is a full time, long-term, first shift position (Monday-Friday) with full benefits including medical, dental, vision & 401K.

JOB TITLE: Rehab/Punch Technician

PAY: Based on Experience ($14-21 hr.)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Seeking candidates to join the Rehab/Maintenance team. These candidates will be working to complete punch-outs in vacant units to get ready for new tenants. More skilled candidates will be responsible for maintaining and working on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

*All candidates with some levels in experience with residential maintenance are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:

-HVAC Certified is a PLUS

-2+ years' experience in residential maintenance

-Strong mechanical aptitude related to HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing is a PLUS

-Clean driving record & own vehicle is a MUST

-Ability to use smart phones & tablets proficiently is a MUST

-Experience with boilers is a PLUS

-Experience supervising/managing a team is a PLUS
