Residential Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Our Superintendents are responsible for various communities and up to 20 homes in production on a regular basis. Construction Superintendents are responsible for managing Punch-out and Laborers. Construction Superintendents are also responsible for managing relationships with sub-contractors.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing, maintaining and monitoring the start, construction, finalization, and closing of quality homes.
• Supervision of all phases of construction and all personnel as assigned.
• Pre-construction meeting with Home Buyers.
• Management of all inspections.
• Manage customer concerns and relations.
• Performing pre-closing walkthroughs and orientations.
• Work with appropriate sales team members, estimating, purchasing, and architectural co-workers.
• Manage and maintain safety according to OSHA on every site.
• Control expenses to eliminate cost overruns and change orders.

Job Requirements

• Experience of 2 years in homebuilding construction.
• At least 1 year of construction supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA Safety regulations
