About this job
Seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team. Candidates will complete work orders & punch outs for residential communities. Ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude related to carpentry, plumbing & electric. Candidate will travel to different properties within a 10 mile radius(all Columbus) depending on work-orders/punch outs.
Must:
-Basic Mechanical Aptitude related to residential plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting (willing to train but must have a basic knowledge).
-Ability to communicate effectively and be patient with residents (will be working in occupied units).
-Ability to use a smart phone/tablet
-Valid driver's license/proof of insurance
-Willing to use own vehicle (mileage reimbursement offered)
