The Summer Activities Attendant provides a safe, fun learning environment for our guests and employees. S/he will build lasting relationships with guests and employees, and be involved in a positive work environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support an attraction or activity while performing all duties as required. Activities include kids ropes courses, put put golf, gem panning, trampoline bungee jumping and the climbing wall 
  • Fullfill job specific work requirements on a constant and consistent basis
  • Follow all proper SOPs and standard protocols to ensure the highest level of safety
  • Adhere to all of the safety policies to prioritize and ensure guest and staff safety on a constant basis 
  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and working conditions 
  • Provide a safe and fun learning environment for guests and staff 
  • Actively mitigate any hazards that may come up or are seen
  • Be actively involved in daily meetings so that the team can carry out our goals and objectives
  • Work with Management, Product Sales, Maintanence Techs, Team Lead and other key departments to keep our facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order
  • Ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our guest
  • Provide support and work with events in the village and the mountain
  • outside position, in all weather conditions

 Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent - preferred 
  • Valid Driver's License - preferred 
  • Able to lift 50 lbs - required
  • English Fluency - required
  • Able to guide, lead groups, coach others - required
  • Previous experience in Guest Services - preferred 
  • Able to work outdoors all day in a high alpine enviornment - required
  • Maintain a safe work environment - required
  • Be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time
  • Must be confortable giving directions and being around children
