Job requirements: Must be able to perform physical labor, lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in adverse weather and temperature conditions. (snow, wind, rain, warm and cold). Attendance and punctuality are essential to this position. Individuals must be able to work scheduled shift, and alternating weekends.
Qualifications: Willing to train individuals with no prior golf maintenance experience.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Bunker raking, and bunker maintenance
- Trim mowing
- General mowing, Tees and Greens
- Golf course Set-up.
- Hand watering
- Fly mowing and trimming irrigation-heads
- Assistance in construction projects
- Safe operation of a variety of golf/landscape maintenance equipment and hand tools
Season/Hours: April—November (weather permitting). 40-hour workweek and alternating weekend work. Overtime available and needed during tournaments. Start times change during the golf season, typical day starts at 5:30 AM-2:00PM.
