Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle Ocean Export operations
- Complete bookings, process all required documents, heavy e-mail communication with shippers/agents/truckers/airlines/etc.
- Entering required shipment information into Cargowise.
- Negotiating rates and quoting.
- Studying shipments to provide various options and rates to our customers/agents.
- Strong Ocean Export operations knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual – Spanish or Italian a plus
