Aerotek has partnered with an automotive company in Wyandotte County for a Bilingual and Non Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives.

The Parts Sales is primarily responsible for securing sales of parts by proactive sales activities with existing and new and prospective clients.

  • Knowledge of all products sold
  • Effectively describe the process and value-added benefits of the implementation process to prospective clients
  • Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs
  • Effective utilize the CRM, pipeline and activity process to identify, assist, manage, and drive a prospective client from initial contact to sales close
  • Drive sales process and resource improvements and efficiencies as required
  • Propose and actively contribute to improvements and efficiencies in sales processes and resources
  • Generate data reports for clients by gathering relevant data from various sources, analyzing the data and making recommendations on your findings
  • Provide client discover and assessment support to the sales team
  • Proactively drive sales process and resource improvements and efficiencies as required
  • Consistently meet assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop positive relationships with clients with visits to clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

Qualifications

Required
2 years of inside sales experience with a bachelors degree OR 3-5 years of inside sales experience.

Preferred but not required
Solid knowledge of the product or automotive sales products (not O'Reilly Auto Parts etc. or similar to that type of job).
Bachelors degree
For the Bilingual should be the same description, but of course FLUENT in Spanish conversational and writing capabilities.
