About this job
Looking for someone to do some light maintenance & carpentry work in vacant units to prepare for new residents.
Candidates will work with Maintenance team to inspect vacant apartments to compile "punch list" of items needed to be repaired
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of one year of apartment maintenance experience.
- Ability to solve routine maintenance problems quickly and efficiently.
