Call Center / Customer Service Representative

Job Duties: - Answer inbound calls and answer customer questions. - Follow up on customer inquiries. - Arrange transportation for medical appointments and complete required documentation. - Other duties as assigned. - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and use multiple software applications. - Stable work history. - Recent customer service experience in a call center environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to type 45 wpm. - Intermediate level computer skills.
