Machine Operators - Northshore Area

Job Description Kelly Services is hiring for a Machine Operators in the Northshore area. This position pays bewtween $12-13/hr and is a temp-to-hire position. There are three full-time shift schedules available 7:30AM-3:30PM, 3:30PM-11:30PM and 11:30PM-7:30AM. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, motivated and ready to work within a fast-paced environment. Requirements Machine Operators Essential Job Duties: - Monitoring the machines, visual inspecting of parts - Troubleshooting to ensure machine is set correctly to produce products - Ability to stand and/or walk during shifts up to 12 hours in length - Move product weight up to 50 pounds; lift, bend, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch - Engage in tasks that require full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists - Ability to work in areas with varying noise levels, including some that require hearing protection Requirements: - GED/High school diploma - 6 months to 1 year experience of working in a manufacturing setting - Molding experience is a PLUS - Must understand and communicate, both verbally and written in English Highlights Overtime is available and there is a pay increase once hired permanently!
