EVENTures Group, BRAND NEW to the Charlotte area, is seeking a high potential individual to be trained in all of our current product and service offerings.   With thorough training, you must be able to quickly deliver short sales and marketing presentations in several specific, unique environments. This position is also the ideal foundation for movement into all other divisions of our business. The Junior Brand Manager will have diverse marketing responsibilities to develop and execute marketing programs to increase the brand identity and brand awareness of our clients.

 

As a Junior Brand Manager, it’s your job to ensure that the appearance and integrity of the brand you work for is progressive, positive and potent.

 

Roles and Responsibilities of a Brand Marketing Manager:

 

Monitor market trends and conduct consumer research in order to make adjustments through new marketing and sales efforts

Work as part of a team to come up with the right vision, mission, goals and strategies for your client

Plan, strategies and execute marketing activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share

Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers

Meet or exceed the new business marketing goals.

 

The ideal background and requirement of a Junior Brand Manager:

 

Previous experience working in marketing or customer service is a huge PLUS but not required as we are willing to train entry level applicants and individual looking to change career paths

Must be a good listener, able to adeptly respond to results and consumer research

Must present and communicate in a professional manner

Must be organized with good time management skills

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed marketing goals

Be energetic and passionate about the brand and the team behind it

MUST have a clean and professional image.
