Position Summary:

Own a highly functional user experience that drives digital engagement and conversion. Drive product design initiatives, customer experience enhancements, and make strong individual contributions. Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, and 84.51 to understand and identify areas of opportunity driven from online data, usability, market research, and user-center design principles. Essential Job Functions:
  • Partner with digital stakeholders and consumer insights to develop the customer experience strategy and vision while communicating to company officers and senior management
  • Provide leadership direction to direct and matrixed core team members, incorporating feedback from across all functions within the Digital Customer Program
  • Advocate for customers by providing strategic leadership based on user-centered design, user research, analytics, and business goals
  • Communicate digital experience strategies across offices and to external partners
  • Collaborate with senior product managers and engineering leads to define digital experiences and/or services
  • Oversee research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to ensure designs are useful, usable, and desirable for customers
  • Map the customer experience across channels and touch points to reveal needs, pain-points, and business opportunities, and recommend improvements
  • Set standards for user journeys, heuristic evaluations, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
  • Measure, improve and enable continuous delivery to production
  • Travel to work locations to attend company meetings
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: 
  • 4+ years of experience as a User Experience (UX) professional
  • Highly analytical aptitude and proficient using data analysis
  • Exceptional communication, account management, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to lead and innovate across teams and organizations
  • Experience mentoring and growing other user experience professionals
  • Demonstrated experience using strategy to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with user experience designers and technology partners
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead projects from concept to delivery and ongoing improvement
  • Advanced skill with design tools, such as Sketch, Keynote, Adobe CS, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or related field
Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C environments
  • 5+ years of experience implementing loyalty, personalization and ecommerce strategies
  • Professional portfolio of web or app user experience design
  • Experience on large scale projects with demonstrated ability to work across teams, gather and incorporate feedback from line of business, product management, development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Previous experience to define, develop and document UX design and interaction requirements
  • Strong understanding of analytics, target measurement and online/offline channel engagement attribution models
