- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 2 years customer service related experience required
- 1+ years of clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to type 40WPM
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- The main function of a customer service agent is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
- Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
- Job Responsibilities: Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Performing general clerical duties
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm + overtime if needed
