Field Technician

Our client is looking to hire a systems field technician to work underneath our client's"software" engineering team to learn programming building automation systems from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electrical systems (preferably controls such as PLC's or BAS systems) and have a strong desire to learn controls systems.

Candidates will work at various client sites in the NOVA area as well as a day here and there at the Columbia, MD facility and learn how to build control panels as well as wire and program control systems to be sent into the field for commissioning and start-up.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's or Technical Degree in the following:

Computer Science, Systems Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or Building Automation

1+ years of hands on experience programming controls
