Bilingual (Portuguese/Spanish) & English Customer Service Reps - Full-time / Part-time

One of our top clients is hiring for *Bilingual Customer Service Associates!* Spanish and Portuguese are preferred. We also have strictly English-speaking openings!

Position qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years customer service in a related field and computer experience (strong customer support/customer service skills).
• Computer skills to include data entry.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to respond in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact to the business.

We have multiple opportunities across various schedules and days and shifts including 1st and 2nd shift.

These positions are 6 month contract roles and will interview ASAP! The class will start on March 4.
