As a Telesales Consultant, you are a wireless sales and communications solutions expert. You don't just make a sale, you make a connection that enhances the lives of your customers. Through inbound calls, you help them Move Forward with the right device at the right price through an awesome solution with development opportunities for outbound sales. We're obsessed with delivering amazing customer experiences. That's why we need you. You're a guide, guru, a master of analyzing customers' needs. You identify and customize the whole package of wireless/voice/data products and services. Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year sales, account management or customer service experience
• One year computer experience
• Spanish conversational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• One year sales solutions experience, including Telesales
• Six months related work experience in a customer facing environment
