About this job

Join a team that values you and your time! Work for the Number 1 substitute teaching placement company in MN!

Teachers For Tomorrow is a trusted staffing partner for childcare centers and preschools. With our ability to hand pick candidates that meet our requirements and needs, we have a proven expertise in catering to staffing needs in the early childhood field.

Who we are:

We are a privately owned and operated company. Since 2013, TFT continues to offer a very personal approach to our management style. We ensure each of our employees feels like part of a team, by offering staff trainings, quarterly staff meetings, personal scheduling, and a wealth of benefits available.

Because we work with a wide variety of centers, our staff members are given the chance to grow and to have different experiences wherever they are placed.

What will you do in this role:

Choose your schedule every week by telling us your availability.

Know when and where you are working at least 5 days in advance.

Enjoy the day-to-day operations of working in a licensed high-quality child-care center, in an age group you prefer.

Provide guidance, instruction, caretaking, and love to the children you interact with.

Provide support to the staff members in the classroom you are working.

Feel appreciated and cared for by your management team.

What do our teachers say about us:

I retired after 36+ years of teaching two years ago. I loved it but it started to be too much when I was caring for my mom. I still enjoyed working with children and in looking for part time work I found The Teachers for Tomorrow. I told them in my interview that I needed flexibility to help my mom with appointments and to take her places.

I have been blown away by how kind and flexible the staff has been. I appreciate their patience in teaching me how to do things (sometimes more than once), and I see the care they have for the children. I feel blessed to be part of this group.

Working for TFT I can say with absolute honesty that this has been one on the greatest decisions I have ever made because I feel as though I am in charge of my world. TFT adapts with me and allows me the freedom to be a wife and mother and still go after my career and dreams.

Most of all the management staff makes working for TFT a place I never want to leave.
