NRC has an immediate opening for a Fence Installer,  

What will you do in this role?

  • Inspect and test the vehicle and equipment daily to ensure it operates safely and correctly.
  • Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured.
  • Report to assigned job with Foreman and meet with the customer to review job.
  • Set fence poles, install fence, and pull fence to NCR specifications.
  • Ensure job site is free of debris and all equipment is on the truck upon job completion.
  • Clean the truck and restock needed materials for future fence installations.
  • always perform duties safely, maintain safe and clean and safe work area, and attend all tailgate and trimester/quarterly safety meetings.
  • Perform other duties and/or tasks as instructed and assigned.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or General Education Development certificate (GED) preferred, or one to two years related experience or training.

Skills and Abilities: Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.

Licenses/Certificates/Registrations: Must have a valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Record within company guidelines. Positions that require driving a vehicle with a GVWR of 10,000 lbs. or more require the incumbent to be at least 21 years old and possess a DOT medical card. A forklift certification will be provided after hire.
