CNC Mill or CNC Lathe Machinist

Position: CNC Mill or CNC Lathe Machinist

I currently have 30 openings for CNC Machinists in the
Westfield area. This company has consistently grown year after year and is looking to add to their team now! I am looking for experienced individuals who are looking to grow their career in a high production environment. I would be interested in talking to anyone who has prior CNC Lathe or CNC Mill operating experience about this opportunity.

Position Summary:

CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing quality parts using Mills and Lathes. These parts are used in various industries including mining, energy, and various others. CNC Machinists will be expected to be able to set up their machines, check the quality of the parts being machined, and be able to meet daily production goals. All levels of skill will be considered if the candidate meets the qualifications of the position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement is an education on how to set up and operated a CNC Machine from an accredited program
• Experience operating a CNC Lathe or CNC Mill is a requirement of this position
• CNC set up experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges is a requirement
• Candidates must be able to read a blueprint

Additional Information:

All shifts are available and a candidate with CNC Mill experience, CNC Lathe experience, or CNC Machining education will make a minimum of $18 an hour to start.

There are also differentials that will increase the starting pay depending on shift.

2nd shift: +$1.50 shift differential

3rd shift: +$1.25 shift differential

Sunday: double time
