Office Manager/Dispatcher
Aerotek's client is hiring for a Dispatcher and Office Manager role. They are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience within a dispatching or customer service role. This candidate will be answering calls from current customer projects and then dispatching out to service technicians.
When they are not working with the service team, candidates will be responsible for an office manager role. Will need to order office supplies, assist with on boarding employees, coordinating new hires, and reviewing invoices.
MUST HAVE:
- Office management experience (ordering supplies, invoices, etc.)
- ERP software experience
- Dispatching experience
