Job Scope

The US Revenue Management Analyst will support the Lead to ensure consistent quality of post promotion analyses within the database. This position will maintain the quality of the structure of the databases and provide support and direction to IT and WB team as required. In addition, this position will support development of learnings that will be used to optimize Customer Plans and refine Trade Strategy at a HQ level as a support to the Lead.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all PEAs submitted in the system. Importantly, this position will contribute to the review of the PEA quality control process and raise any issues to Lead

2. Own the national PEA databases (Biscuit and Confections) and maintain technical quality. Analyst will create standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis of this data that will facilitate development of learning (ie provide theme of top 10 worse performing events). 

3. Support needs for Global Rev Management initiative throughout the year

4. Own the PEA tool. Responsible for maintenance, updates, and improvements of the tool itself (ie brand profit margin updates). PEA methodology will be consistent across all customers and to Global.

5. Support HQ Rev Management team in developing lessons learned from PEAs/Database that will be used to improve customer plans and inform HQ strategies.

6. Own the TE Action Plan national “add up” as well as reviewing for quality; support Lead in challenging back to teams. Create and maintain TE annual timeline and cadence.
