Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Our Client is a contractor that works on civil projects across the country. They contract directly to the data center customers They are currently looking to hire 3 (more to come) foreman to join their Manassas team for long term positions. The foreman will be a working foreman (able to jump into equipment and run it = Operator Foreman OR be able to get into a trench and help with hand digging = Labor Foreman) and oversee a crew of 3-5 people on commercial new construction projects in the VA area.

Work Environment:

They will be in a fast paced construction environment on projects throughout Virginia. **Travel is not required but a plus because they have projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Kansas - if they do travel it will be for 3-4 increments** Crews are 3-5 operators/laborers with foreman and super One crew receives one vehicle and it is up to the crew to decide how they will use it (meet a HQ then drive or meet at site) 6:30am-7am to the HQ to leave for site until 2:30pm

Qualifications:

2+ years of foreman experience for utilities subs 2+ years of commercial new construction experience Experience building duct banks and trenches

Experience in Fiber Optics or Electrical Wiring Ability to jump in and run heavy equipment Must be able to client interface

Compensation:

$23.00/h - $28.00/h BASED ON EXPERIENCE (could be more if candidate "WOW's" the interviewers. One crew receives one vehicle and it is up to the crew to decide how they will use it (meet a HQ then drive or meet at site) BONUS - if they have CDL A

Additional Information:

Company Offers- Health insurance through Aetna, pay 100% of individual coverage, if they want to add someone they pay ½ the difference. 2 week PTO, goes to 3 weeks after 3 years, 1 week sick/personal, 401k plan match up to ½ of first 4%
