Job Description

A Spa Attendant will be responsible for the pool area and back of the house operation i.e., assist spa schedulers with guest, help therapist with turning rooms, assisting all guest in locker room by maintaining high standards with cleaning, bike rentals, moving pool furniture, clean and maintain pool area, and linen clean up. Attendants are directly responsible for fitness center and guest assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out.
  • Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
  • Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.
  • Communicate spa promotions with guests.
  • Assist in turning rooms.

Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, written and verbal, in a professional business environment.
  • Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 55 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include: AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
