you will provide world-class customer care to business owners and people looking to establish, enhance, and evolve their online presence. You will work closely with small business owners to understand the challenges they face and advise them on how to overcome them by best using our products. This means helping troubleshoot issues ranging from general account queries to strategic marketing implementation so that the customer can get back to doing what they love most - running their business.

What You’ll Do:

Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business needs
Care for our customers by resolving billing discrepancies and account complaints, helping to troubleshoot issues, and addressing any questions or concerns that arise
Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics-driven performance standard
