Established and growing manufacturer located in Queens currently (but will be moving to the Lake Success area come April 2018) seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist with fluency in English and Hindi. This candidate must be able to commute to Queens in the interim.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling all aspects of HR functions.
Main functions will include but not limited to:
Salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package

Main functions will include but not limited to:
- Perform activities in HR from on-boarding new hires to retaining existing hires
- Interview potential employees
- Train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Benefits administration
- Support upper management
- Other functions as needed
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with email and Word, Excel, Outlook
