Job Description
Wine & Spirits Retail store located in Tulsa, OK is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Store manager with a strong sales background.
A desirable candidate will be someone with strong wine and spirits knowledge and the enthusiasm to convey that to our customers. This position provides an excellent opportunity to advance your exposure and knowledge within the spirits industry.
The individual will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Retail store. This is a results-oriented position and the Manager will be held accountable for the stores results including meeting the Store Owner's expectations.
Qualifications:
*Strong customer service skills with a genuine customer-focused attitude.
*Ability to help with marketing that includes digital media.
*Have a good working knowledge of the spirits world.
*Retail sales management experience.
*Well organized with good time management skills.
*Strong recruiting and training skills a plus.
*The ability to execute daily operations, objectives and goals with staff
*Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
*Salary plus incentives
*Full time position.
